Libby's work is well-known to private and corporate collectors. She has had five solo exhibitions and numerous joint exhibitions. Her latest show in 2007 was held in the Community Gallery of the Yukon Arts Centre (Whitehorse), with 35 originals on display and the launch of 9 new limited edition additional prints. In 2010 she completed at 14' X 5' triptych of Kluane National Park's Lowell Glacier commissioned for the Convention Centre by the Village of Haines Junction. She continues to produce new originals and prints. In 2012, a local winter view of the Alaska Highway on a 5' X 8' canvas was commissioned by the Yukon Government for the new Visitor Information Centre in Haines Junction. The majesty of Yukon's Kluane region continues to be the inspiration for most of her work. Born in England, Libby and her French husband Claude immigrated to Canada in 1973, and made their home in Haines Junction in 1975. They have two children and seven grandchildren. The magnificent panoramic view she enjoys from her log home and the ever-changing light keep her always inspired. It is her hope that her paintings reflect her passion for the awesome scenery, from mountain and glacier grandeur to lake, forest and wildflower splendour.
