To request a booking, please consult this calendar for space availability and complete the Facility Booking Request Form. You will be contacted with a customized quote and rental agreement once the Village has received and reviewed your booking request.
Grand Hall/Atrium/Foyer - This calendar, shown in green, is for the St. Elias Convention Center Atrium, Grand Hall and Foyer. In certain instances concurrent bookings of the Grand Hall and Atrium/Foyer are possible. Small Room - This calendar, shown in blue, is for the small room/office in the St. Elias Convention Center. This space is approximately 340 square feet and is typically used by visiting healthcare practitioners or professionals.
Mezzanine - This calendar, shown in orange, is for the Mezzanine overlooking the Bill Brewster Arena ice rink.
